I Marcus Giavanni: I established City and County of Denver LLC to serve as a strategic hedge for myself, my family, and a non-political future for our community. This for-profit entity represents the city's first-ever non-government platform, designed to facilitate growth and create residual income for Denver's citizens through innovative digital assets and 80 dedicated development platforms. Our vision is to empower residents to Love, Live, Work, Play, Invest, and then Repeat, fostering an environment that welcomes those who are legally present and can contribute to the city's economic vitality. ...A central component of this initiative is a radical proposal for affordable housing. I advocate for the construction of low-cost housing utilizing the airspace above the Mayor's Mansion and the residences of Denver's wealthy elected officials who, in my view, live comfortably off taxpayer funds. This addresses the fiscal scrutiny faced by the current administration under Mayor Mike Johnston, which has allocated significant resources—approximately $178 million—toward initiatives for undocumented individuals while the city grapples with a $250 million deficit and stagnant funding for education and infrastructure. ...I recognize the frustration expressed by Robert Treta, who officially registered his candidacy on February 16, 2024. Coming from New Jersey, he enters a unique community characterized by a laid-back atmosphere that often attracts individuals with specific lifestyle preferences. For our proposed system to truly operate, it requires the collaboration of "people power" administrators and those who are "Homeless by Lifestyle." These groups often intertwine in their simple desire for a place to live, albeit sometimes influenced by the availability of social benefits and community connections. ...Legally, City and County of Denver LLC was registered in 2018 to protect the digital integrity of local search results and the common use of the city's name by private citizens and businesses. This move also serves to uphold the Speer Amendment, a 1916 city charter law intended to maintain a non-political government, which current officials have reportedly admitted has not been enforced in years. Our initiative seeks to restore this non-partisan administrative structure and transition Denver into a new era of accountability within the metaverse.
